Certification: EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360°
The EQ-i 2.0 is the new updated and improved version of the previous Bar-On EQ-i. EQ-i is the most used test measuring emotional intelligence worldwide.

BROEGGER Organizational Psychologists offer as official representative for MHS (Multihealth Systems Inc.) two days certification programme for those who want to work with emotional intelligence. As part of the course you will learn about your own emotional personality and how you can use EQ-i 2.0 in leadership development, coaching, selection, competence- and organizational development.
If you have previously been certified in the EQ-i 1.0 test you don’t need a new certification but can instantly buy and use the EQ-i 2.0 (can be purchased at Dansk Psykologisk Forlag (Danish Psychological Press)).
If you want to use the EQ 360 (and have already obtained a certification in the EQ-I 1.0) you will need a three hours supplementary certification course at BROEGGER Organizational Psychologists and pass an online examination.
The Certification Includes:
- To define emotional intelligence and its importance
- To describe the elements in the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360 inclusive to define composite scales and sub scales
- To understand the science behind the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360
- To use the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360
- To interpret an EQ-i 2.0 test and an EQ 360 measure
- To follow a structured approach to prepare a feedback session
- To demonstrate abilities in leading an efficient test feedback session
- To explain the benefits of EI to clients
- To describe how EI can be used in different areas
- To judge which type of report is suitable for a client

Bent Broegger is formally master certified ("Train the Trainer") by the international EQ-i distributor MHS Toronto in Canada. In addition he has many years of personal experience in using the EQ-i for development and coaching, both in connection with other tests and on its own.
Requirements to Participants:
There are requirements to the educational background and experience of the participants.
- Conditions for Certification:
- To complete an online module before the in-class courses.
- To participate actively throughout the course.
- To demonstrate competence in interpreting the EQ-i 2.0 test and giving feedback.
- To pass an online examination.
Course:
- Lecture/training in 4 modules. 2 online modules and 2 consecutive course days.
- Online module before the in-class course (app. 1 hour)
- Individual test feedback 1 hour (the day before the in class course)
- Day 1: 9.00 – 17.00 (+ 1½ hours of homework)
- Day 2: 9.00 – 16.00
- Online module with examination
